Medicare (Medicare Rebate, Psychologist: $93.35)

We accept referrals from General Practitioners under the Australian Government's Better Access to Mental Health Care Initiative.  Under this scheme, individuals can access up to 10 individual and 10 group treatment sessions per individual, per calendar year, including telehealth.
Once you have completed your first six treatment sessions, your psychologist will provide a report to your referring GP containing information regarding your treatment and recommendations for future treatment.  Once you discuss your progress with your GP and where appropriate, you will be re-referred for an additional four sessions.  For more information, visit the Services Australia website.

Medicare rebates are also available to clients referred by a psychiatrist.  Further information can be found here.

Please ensure you provide a copy of your referral prior to your first appointment.

Private Health Insurance 

Depending on your level of cover, you may be entitled to a rebate via your private health insurance that can cover a portion of the treatment fee.  
Please contact your private health insurer prior to your first appointment to confirm if you are eligible for a rebate.
Please note that you are not able to claim both Medicare and Private Health Insurance rebates for the same session. 

All treatment services are exempt from GST. Payments are made on the day of appointment by cash, EFTPOS or credit card.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that all cancellations require 48 hours' notice.

Late cancellations or missed appointments less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur the full fee.  These will not be eligible for rebates.
